Contraindications

Laser Hair Removal is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have active skin infections, rashes, open wounds, or severe eczema in the treatment area. It should be avoided by those taking photosensitizing medications, with very recent sun exposure, or certain hormonal conditions that may affect hair growth. Key Facts

Laser hair removal targets the pigment in hair follicles using concentrated light energy. The heat destroys the follicle at its root, reducing future hair growth and leaving the skin smoother over time.

  • Unwanted hair on areas such as legs, arms, underarms, face, bikini line, chest, and back. Suitable for most skin types depending on the device used.

A full course typically requires 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for best long-term reduction.

Minimal to none. Mild redness or sensitivity may occur for a few hours after treatment.

Most clients describe the sensation as a quick, warm snap similar to a rubber band. Modern cooling systems make the treatment very comfortable, even for sensitive areas.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for 2 weeks before and after each session. Always apply SPF to treated areas.

  • Laser hair removal is less effective on very light blonde, red, grey, or white hair due to low pigment. Not suitable for tanned or sunburned skin.

Results improve progressively with each session. Maintenance treatments may be needed once or twice a year to keep hair growth minimal.
